******************** IMPORTANT ********************
✨ Handmade Memorial Art ✨
Each cat urn is handmade and hand-painted. Every cat has different markings, colors, and personality, so every urn will be one of a kind.

Small variations in shape, color, glaze, and painting are part of the handmade ceramic process.

✨ Black Color ✨
Black ceramic pigment may appear as deep gray after kiln firing. This is due to the soft watercolor-effect glaze finish.

✨ Cancellation & Modification Policy ✨
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, we will begin creating your custom urn. At that point, the order can no longer be canceled.

Changes to size, color, wording, or overall design direction cannot be accepted after production begins. One round of minor visual adjustments to the pre-firing preview is included.

✨ Production & Shipping Time ✨
Each urn is individually hand-sculpted, dried, painted, glazed, and kiln-fired. This careful handmade process takes time. Estimated production and delivery time is about 4–5 weeks. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

✨ If Shipping Problems Occur ✨
• In-transit loss or damage: We will remake and reship the same design free of charge.
