Each letter is carved directly into the ceramic. The urn is then glazed and kiln-fired, making the personalization a permanent part of the finished piece.

• Capacity: Approx. 43 cu in / 24 fl oz / 700 ml
• Recommended for a pre-cremation body weight of up to approximately 35–40 lb / 16–18 kg
• Suitable for smaller amounts of ashes, including those of newborns and infants, as well as cats, Yorkies, Chihuahuas, and other smaller companions.
Large
• Size: Approx. 5.5 in W × 7.9 in H / 14 × 20 cm
• Capacity: Approx. 73 cu in / 41 fl oz / 1200 ml
• Recommended for a pre-cremation body weight of up to approximately 65–70 lb / 29–32 kg
• Suitable for larger amounts of ashes, including those of young children, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and other larger companions. It also offers additional room for memorial keepsakes.
If the estimated amount of ashes is close to the maximum capacity, we recommend choosing the larger size.

• Each urn is individually hand-carved, glazed, and kiln-fired.
• The ceramic process includes careful drying between each stage and cannot be rushed.
• Small variations in shape, glaze, lettering, color, and wave details are natural and make every piece unique.
• Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production before shipment. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.
✨ SHIPPING PROTECTION
• Your urn will be carefully packaged for transit.
• If it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the urn, shipping box, and protective packaging. We will remake and reship the same design at no additional charge.
• If a tracked package is confirmed lost in transit, we will also arrange a replacement.
