This custom ceramic pet urn for ashes is handmade and personalized with your pet’s name, dates and short memorial message.

PERSONALIZATION

Each letter is carved directly into the ceramic. The urn is then glazed and kiln-fired. The personalization becomes a permanent part of the finished piece.
For the best appearance, we recommend keeping the memorial quote within 9 words. Quote examples are shown in the listing images. Custom wording is welcome.

Ash volume may vary by pet, cremation method, and cremation facility. The weight ranges below are general estimates. Please check the amount of ashes received before choosing your size.

If your pet is close to the maximum range, we recommend choosing the larger size.
HANDMADE PROCESS
• Each pet urn is individually shaped, hand-carved, glazed, and kiln-fired by us.
• The ceramic process includes careful drying between each stage and cannot be rushed.
• Small variations in shape, glaze, lettering, color, and wave details are natural. These details make every piece unique.
• Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for production before shipment. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.
Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
• Your urn will be carefully packaged for transit.
• If it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the urn, shipping box, and protective packaging. We will remake and reship the same design at no additional charge.
• If a tracked package is confirmed lost in transit, we will also arrange a replacement.
