2. Place your order.
3. After ordering, we'll send simple mailing instructions via your order contact email.
4. Mail approximately 1/8 teaspoon of your pet’s ashes.
5. I’ll begin creating your ring after the ashes arrive.
6. Your finished ring and all unused ashes will be carefully returned to you.

I understand that what you send is personal and irreplaceable. Your pet’s ashes are labeled immediately upon arrival.
They are assigned directly to your order and kept clearly identified and separate throughout the entire process. Your ashes are never mixed with another customer’s material.

• By default, I will discreetly place the ashes behind the resin stone. They will remain mostly hidden from the front, as shown in Photos 3, 4.
• If you would like the ashes to be clearly visible from the front, please leave a note at checkout. The finished look will be similar to the second video & Photo 9.

How this custom keepsake works
Available for U.S. shipping addresses only. After ordering, we will send instructions for mailing the hair or cremated remains to our studio.
Production begins when your materials arrive. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation; the finished keepsake ships within one week.
Because every piece is custom made, it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
For U.S. delivery, shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. A $5 shipping charge applies to U.S. orders under $35.
