All items are made to order. Due to the handmade ceramic process and kiln firing, production and shipping typically take 4–5 weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Size

Urn sizes and capacity have been carefully calculated from the standards of different pet crematoriums, but the volume of ashes received may vary depending on the facility used for cremation. Please, carefully make sure that the capacity of the chosen urn is adequate for the volume of your dog's ashes.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, refunds are generally not available once production begins. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. If your item arrives with a quality issue, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Estimated production + shipping time: 4–5 weeks

Each urn goes through:
• Artist hand-built clay forming
• Time-dependent natural drying
• No two are alike — each design is hand-painted without templates, then permanently sealed with a high-temperature glaze firing.
• Final kiln firing to permanently lock form and color

1. Is the urn material safe? Can it preserve ashes long-term?

Yes, it is very safe and suitable for long-term preservation.

Our pet urns are made from high-quality ceramic and kiln-fired at high temperatures, creating a strong and durable structure ideal for storing pet ashes long-term.

Each urn is handcrafted, so slight variations in glaze color or texture may occur. These natural differences are not defects, but unique characteristics of handmade ceramic pieces.

2. How do I place my pet’s ashes into the urn?

After cremation, the pet cremation service usually returns the ashes in a sealed bag.

You simply need to open the urn lid and place the sealed ash bag inside the urn. If the bag is too large, the ashes can also be transferred into a smaller bag or container before placing them into the urn.

3. What size urn should I choose?

The appropriate urn size usually depends on your pet’s weight.

General recommendations:

• Cats: small or medium urn
• Small dogs: medium urn
• Medium dogs: medium or large urn

You can refer to the pet weight and urn capacity chart on the product page or contact us for assistance.

4. What if my pet’s size falls between two urn sizes?

If your pet’s weight is between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger urn to ensure the ashes can be stored comfortably.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will help recommend the most suitable size.

5. Is the urn lid secure?

Our urns feature a fitted lid design that sits securely on the opening to help protect the ashes from dust and moisture.

If you prefer additional sealing, a small amount of adhesive or sealing wax can be applied around the lid.

6. How long can pet ashes be preserved?

When stored in a sealed container in a dry environment, pet ashes can be preserved indefinitely.

We recommend placing the urn in a stable, dry indoor location.

 

7. Will the urn produce any odor?

No.

Pet ashes are processed at very high temperatures during cremation, so they do not produce odor. As long as the ashes are stored in a sealed container in a dry environment, there will be no smell.

8. Can ashes be divided into multiple urns?

Yes.

Some families choose to divide the ashes into multiple memorial urns or keepsake items so that different family members can keep a remembrance.

If dividing ashes, we recommend using sealed bags or small containers.

9. Can other memorial items be placed inside the urn?

Yes.

Many families place small keepsakes alongside the ashes, such as pet fur, name tags, collar charms, small photos, or memorial notes.

We recommend placing only small and dry items inside the urn.

14. Can you create a custom memorial if I only have old or blurry photos?

However, the clarity of the original photo will still affect the final result.

We carefully package every urn using professional protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Ceramic is a fragile material, so each urn is packed with multiple protective layers, including cushioning materials and reinforced outer boxes.

However, shipping conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. For this reason, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout.

If your urn arrives damaged, please contact us and provide photos of the damage. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
